Scope

These terms govern use of 3ON Virtual Fest, including accounts, submissions, livestream participation, content, donations and sponsor interactions.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the service, violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, interfere with platform security, impersonate others or distribute malicious content.

Content and Performer Permissions

Creators retain ownership of their underlying content but must grant the permissions separately stated in performer agreements and releases for approved hosting, streaming, clipping, promotion and distribution.

Donations

Donation processing, refunds and any allocation are subject to displayed checkout terms. Do not represent support as charitable-tax-deductible unless the legal and accounting requirements have been met.

Availability, Termination and Liability

Service availability is not guaranteed. Accounts or content may be restricted for policy or legal reasons. Final limitation-of-liability, dispute and governing-law language requires legal review.
